ACCESS FOR EVERY VISITOR
Accessibility
VOLKX aims to make its website usable by people with disabilities. Our engineering target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is a target for ongoing testing and improvement, not a certification or a claim of complete conformance.
Using the site
- Navigate with a keyboard. A skip link goes directly to the main content, and visible focus indicators identify the active control.
- Use Tab to move between links and controls. Press Enter or Space on Menu to open or close the page list. Agent details are presented on a regular page with links to each workflow.
- Zoom and reflow the layout with your browser. Package tables can be scrolled in their labeled, keyboard-focusable region.
- Form fields have labels and required-field instructions. Errors appear next to the field and in a linked error summary.
- Motion follows your device’s reduced-motion preference. There is no flashing content, autoplay audio or timed interaction.
- Privacy and accessibility information are available on ordinary pages without JavaScript.
Review status and limits
Statement updated October 29, 2026. The earlier review was conducted October 21, 2026. This website has received a source review and targeted browser checks of keyboard controls, form feedback, mobile reflow, visible labels and color contrast. These checks do not cover every WCAG criterion or every browser and assistive-technology combination.
A full screen-reader review, zoom/text-spacing testing across supported devices, and an independent accessibility review remain part of the ongoing review work. The hosting sign-in experience is provided by a third party and is outside this site’s source code. Any future chat, booking, payment or other integration needs its own accessibility testing.
The contact form uses labeled fields, validation feedback and a delivery confirmation. If a submission fails, the page keeps your entries available to review and retry.
Accessibility assistance
Use the contact form to request assistance or report a barrier. The form delivers your message to VOLKX’s email inbox.
When reporting an issue, useful details include the page URL, the task you were trying to complete, the problem encountered and, optionally, your browser or assistive technology. You should not need to disclose a diagnosis to report a website barrier.
Standards and guidance
Our implementation work follows WCAG 2.2 and the U.S. Department of Justice’s web-accessibility guidance. Accessibility depends on the site’s actual usability and ongoing maintenance, not an overlay or badge.
