Privacy & cookies

Last updated October 29, 2026. This notice explains the information handled when you browse VOLKX or send us a message.

When you contact VOLKX

The Get started form asks for your name, email address and message. Any package or services you selected on the website are included as context; you do not need to answer more project questions to send a message. We use these details to understand your request, respond by email and discuss an agreed project scope. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing, book a project or authorize a payment.

Your answers are sent over HTTPS only when you choose Send message. Web3Forms processes the submission and delivers an email notification to VOLKX’s Google-hosted inbox. Web3Forms and its infrastructure and spam-prevention providers may also process technical details, including IP and browser information, to deliver and protect the service. We have configured Web3Forms to delete stored submissions after seven days. This setting does not delete messages already delivered to VOLKX’s inbox. Inbox copies are handled by VOLKX and its email provider. See Web3Forms’ Privacy Policy and Google’s Privacy Policy.

We use inquiry records to handle the conversation and related business records. You can ask about access, correction or deletion using the contact form. Applicable recordkeeping requirements may affect what can be deleted. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, medical information, identity documents or other sensitive personal information.

The site does not save your written answers in its own cookies or browser storage. Answers remain in the page while you complete the form; your browser may separately retain autofill or form history. Selected public package and service identifiers can appear in page URLs, browser history and hosting logs. Your name, email and written message are not placed in page URLs by this site’s code.

Cookie disclosure

Optional tracking is off. The VOLKX site code does not set cookies or browser-storage entries, and does not load analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, embedded social feeds or third-party chat tools. Its fonts, scripts and visual assets are served with the site.

The contact form sends a request to Web3Forms when you submit it. It does not load an embedded advertising or analytics script. Hosting and form-processing providers may use necessary security technologies; this notice does not claim that their entire platforms are cookie-free.

There are no optional cookie categories to enable in this version, so there is no accept/reject banner. If optional tools are introduced, this notice and the applicable privacy controls must be updated before those tools run. Continuing to browse does not provide consent to optional tracking. You can manage cookies and browser storage through your browser settings.

Hosting and ordinary page requests

The website uses Porkbun Secure Static Hosting. Hosting providers may process an IP address, browser details, requested URL and access/security records to deliver and protect the service. Ordinary page requests do not include your written form answers. Package and service identifiers may be present in URLs as described above.

Review Porkbun’s Privacy Policy for its handling of personal data and Web3Forms’ Privacy Policy for form processing, retention, international processing and its providers. The VOLKX site code does not sell personal data, use it for targeted advertising or profile people for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Privacy questions and requests

Use the contact form to reach VOLKX with a privacy question or request. Include enough context to identify your request, without providing sensitive identity documents in the form. We may need to confirm that a request concerns your information before acting on it.

Virginia residents may have rights under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act when a business and its processing fall within that law. These can include access, correction, deletion, portability and certain opt-outs. Applicability depends on the business and its data processing; this notice makes no determination about VOLKX’s statutory coverage.

You can read the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act and the Virginia Attorney General’s complaint information.
