What is included in Connect or Grow?
Connect includes one personalized Front Desk workflow and one agreed integration. Grow includes those plus one follow-up workflow, for two workflows total. A separate Content Co-pilot setup is available as an extra.
What needs approval before launch?
Together we confirm the task, approved information, tool access and actions the agent can take. We test its responses, define what happens if something fails, and agree when it should hand off to your team.
How are operating costs handled?
Your proposal separates the build fee from ongoing care, software subscriptions and AI or messaging usage. It also defines allowances, overage charges and support so you know what to expect.
