Your proposal confirms what we will deliver, when we will deliver it, and what it will cost. It covers revisions, approvals, integrations, support and any ongoing software or usage charges. We check selected extras against your package so the same work is not counted twice.

Can I choose individual services?

Yes. Select only the work you need in the à la carte builder. Pages, copy, brand essentials, workflow integrations, social content and ongoing care can be scoped separately.

Which package is right for me?

Launch fits a business that needs the online foundations. Connect keeps Launch’s foundations and adds one focused AI inquiry workflow to a fuller website. Grow includes everything in Connect, plus follow-up and monthly social content. You can also choose individual services.

How much do the packages cost?

Each package is quote-based. Your proposal confirms the deliverables and separates the project fee from ongoing care, software and usage costs before work begins.

Can I add services later?

Yes. Start with a defined scope, then agree any extra pages, workflows, platforms or ongoing support separately. The à la carte builder helps record what you want.

Does an agent replace my team?

The proposed agents help with specific repeatable tasks. Your team approves the information, access and actions. Exceptions, commitments, sensitive requests and unclear answers go to a person.

Are software and AI usage included?

Usage allowances, model or messaging charges, platform subscriptions and overages must be defined in your proposal. Unlimited usage is not included.
